I set up AI workflows for companies, and I build them on myself first. My background is ServiceNow governance and workflow, where the hard part was never automating the work — it was staying accountable for what the automation did.

AI asks the same question with the stakes moved, so I am answering it by building: BOB, a personal operating system that agents read and write under scoped permission, and Touchstone, which refuses to accept work on an agent's own say-so. In the open, mistakes included.
